vi informiamo che il Governo ha confermato la proroga al 2036 dell\u2019entrata in vigore delle nuove norme IVA<\/strong> previste per il Terzo Settore e per le associazioni sportive dilettantistiche.
\nQuesta decisione permette alle ASD come la nostra di continuare a operare con l\u2019attuale regime fiscale, senza dover affrontare da subito gli adempimenti del sistema IVA.<\/p>\n

Per il nostro centro cinofilo la proroga porta diversi benefici:<\/p>\n

Semplificazione gestionale<\/strong>
\nPossiamo proseguire con le attuali modalit\u00e0 amministrative senza introdurre registrazioni IVA, fatture, registratori fiscali o altri passaggi tecnici che avrebbero richiesto tempo e risorse.<\/p>\n

Riduzione dei costi<\/strong>
\nEvitiamo sin da ora spese aggiuntive legate alla gestione IVA (consulenze, software, adeguamenti). Le risorse rimangono a disposizione delle attivit\u00e0 dedicate ai soci e ai loro cani.<\/p>\n

Maggiore continuit\u00e0 nelle attivit\u00e0<\/strong>
\nPossiamo concentrarci sul lavoro quotidiano, sui corsi e sui progetti programmati, senza cambiamenti improvvisi nella struttura amministrativa.<\/p>\n

Tempo per pianificare eventuali futuri adeguamenti<\/strong>
\nL\u2019estensione al 2036 ci permette di valutare con calma eventuali modifiche normative, quando sar\u00e0 il momento, senza pressioni immediate.<\/p>\n

La proroga \u00e8 un passo importante per tutelare il lavoro delle associazioni sportive e per permettere di mantenere un ambiente sostenibile, accessibile e orientato alla nostra missione sociale.<\/p>\n
